Flintwood Road Maintenance
Douglas County Public Works is responsible for Flintwood road maintenance. To report roadway grading, pothole repairs or other roadway concerns, please contact them at 303-660-7489, or email them at pwoperations@douglas.co.us. (Thank you for this information Kaye Marsh)
HOA Dues and Windy Hills Road Maintenance
Flintwood is the closest county maintained road. Inside Windy Hills, the volunteer HOA does the best job possible on the roads with the small contribution each family makes. Normally, Windy Hills HOA dues notices are handed out at the general meetings or are mailed. If your name is not yet in the database or if you have not recevied an invoice, the dues are $60 per quarter, or $240 per year, which pays for all of the current short term road maintenance and clearing in the Windy Hills neighborhood up to the Flintwood intersection. Please send payment to Mary Lancaster at 8694 N SILO RD PARKER, CO 80138. Typically, the dues are payable any time within the year or calendar quarter. It is the responsibility of all families currently living in Windy Hills to contribute to road maintenance, renters included. Please, please contribute your ideas at the HOA meetings as well as dues. Thank you very much.
